A tidy and tastefully decorated, spacious apartment that has two balconies that you will not want to come in from as the view is superb. Listen to the lapping of the waves, on an evening, as you enjoy a quiet moment.
But then you walk out of the front door of the apartment and you are on the smooth, immaculate sandy beach at Canet looking down the coast to Spain and the Pyrenees as they tumble into the Mediterranean.
The Beach house is situated on the sea front, as near to the sea as you can get, at the heart of Canet Sud and has local restaurants and shops close by. The stunning inland lake at Canet is just a short walk away. The beach is an incredible 100 metres wide and stretches some 8 km from St. Marie to St. Cyprien.
The Beach House is exceptionally spacious as it has the benefit of 3 double bedrooms, 2 Lounges both of which have large sofa beds, 2 showers, 2 separate toilets, separate kitchen, and parking on the drive. The apartment has a nice open plan and bright airy feel. There are 2 balconies, one is connected to the upstairs lounge enabling magnificent views and the other is connected to one of the bedrooms.
